Note:
Students must take their final certification exam (called a Screening exam in OH) by an approved state proctor. We utilize Morton Learning Center in Columbus. MLC will administer and grade the exams and complete Course Certificate to student. They will also notify the state. There is no on-line final exam in Ohio and student cannot print course certificate from their computer. Course certificates must be completed by MLC and provided in hard copy format.

Correspondence Important Instructions – Upon completion of studies, student is required to take a final Certification Exam. Passing this exam with a 70%+ verifies course completion and allows student to obtain course certificate. Exam must be proctored by an approved OH proctor. Morton Learning Center (MLC) administers the exam, completes and gives the certificate to student and submits student information to the state. MLC can also approve other entities to proctor and complete course certificates. There is no on-line final exam in Ohio and student cannot print course certificate from their computer.
